This corner of West End sits right at the edge of Centennial Park, one of my favorite places in the whole city. It feels calm and residential, yet coffee, brunch, and dinner spots along West End Avenue are close by.

Centennial Park is a few minutes on foot, home to the full scale Parthenon replica, Lake Watauga, and summer concerts on the lawn. Vanderbilt University and its stadium are roughly a 10 minute walk, which makes game days and campus tours simple.

Lower Broadway, the Ryman, and Bridgestone Arena are about 10 to 12 minutes by car. Uber and Lyft pick up right at the door, and WeGo buses run along West End Avenue.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
