This townhome sits in Hermitage, on Nashville's east side, just minutes from Percy Priest Lake. It's a nice change of pace after a busy day in the city.

Percy Priest Lake is about five minutes away for boating, fishing, and lakeside walks. The Hermitage, President Andrew Jackson's historic home, is about 10 minutes by car. Long Hunter State Park, with its lakeside hiking trails, is about 20 minutes away. Just ask, and we'll share our favorite places nearby.

Nashville International Airport is about 15 minutes away. A car is the easiest way to get around from here.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
