The Nations is one of my favorite west side neighborhoods, a former industrial area that has grown into a friendly, creative community. It's a great fit for groups who want a local experience with easy access to the rest of the city. After a full day out, the rooftop is the best seat in the house for watching the skyline light up.

The giant painted grain silo on 51st Avenue North is the neighborhood landmark and well worth a photo stop. 51st Avenue North is lined with restaurants, coffee, and breweries, most within a short walk or quick drive.

Downtown and Broadway are about 12 to 15 minutes by car. Rideshares are quick to arrive, and many local spots are walkable.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
