I like this part of East Nashville because it's quiet, central, and full of local spots. Rooftops here often catch great views of the downtown skyline.

Five Points, East Nashville's main crossroads, is about five minutes by car. Shelby Bottoms Greenway is about 10 minutes away for walks and bike rides. McFerrin Park has a community center, playground, and green space close by. Gallatin Avenue's restaurants and shops are a short drive.

Most of central Nashville is within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Rideshares are easy to catch here.
