You're staying on a quiet residential street just off West End Avenue, with Centennial Park practically at the end of the block. It's a great base for families, college visits, and groups who want space without giving up convenience.

Elliston Place, with its classic soda shop and the Exit/In music club, is about a five minute drive. Centennial Park is a few minutes on foot, home to the full scale Parthenon replica, Lake Watauga, and summer concerts on the lawn.

Most of Midtown is within a five minute drive, and Broadway is about 10 minutes beyond that. Bring walking shoes; the Parthenon, the Vanderbilt campus, and several coffee shops are all reachable on foot.
