Richland Park, with its playground, walking loop, and library branch, is a few minutes away on Charlotte Avenue. Sylvan Park's cafes and shady streets are about five minutes by car.

I-40 is close by, which keeps Nashville International Airport and downtown within easy reach. We suggest Uber or Lyft for nights on Broadway.
