This stretch of town sits just north of Centennial Park, tucked between Charlotte Avenue and the rest of Midtown. It's an easy place to settle in after a full day of music and sightseeing. The rooftop is made for slow mornings with coffee and late nights under the stars.

Centennial Park and its Parthenon replica are roughly a 15 minute walk south, perfect for a morning stroll. The Nations, with its breweries and the famous painted grain silo, is about a seven minute drive west.

Most of the city's highlights, from Music Row to Broadway, are within a 10 to 15 minute drive. For nights out, a quick Uber or Lyft saves you from hunting for parking downtown.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
