Your host will be available 24hrs a day via the booking site or app. For accountability and documentation reasons, please refrain from calling us or contacting us outside of the booking app, except in case of emergency.

Locals sometimes call this area Midtown West: newer townhomes, quiet side streets, and quick access to just about everywhere. Mornings are quiet, and at night the downtown skyline glows to the east. After a full day out, the rooftop is the best seat in the house for watching the skyline light up.

Vanderbilt University and the West End Avenue dining strip are about five minutes by car. Sylvan Park's leafy streets and neighborhood restaurants are around five minutes away.

Lower Broadway is about 10 minutes away by car, and I-40 is close by for trips across town. WeGo buses run along Charlotte Avenue if you prefer public transit.
