The streets around 27th and 28th Avenue North have filled in with modern homes, and many of them catch great skyline views. Mornings are quiet, and at night the downtown skyline glows to the east. The rooftop is made for slow mornings with coffee and late nights under the stars.

Charlotte Avenue is right at the corner, with coffee shops, casual restaurants, and a grocery store nearby. Sylvan Park's leafy streets and neighborhood restaurants are around five minutes away.

Most of the city's highlights, from Music Row to Broadway, are within a 10 to 15 minute drive. WeGo buses run along Charlotte Avenue if you prefer public transit.
