I like this part of town for groups because it's central without feeling hectic. It's residential and relaxed, with plenty of good food a short walk or drive away. After a full day out, the rooftop is the best seat in the house for watching the skyline light up.

Tennessee State University's campus is a quick five minute drive north. Charlotte Avenue is right at the corner, with coffee shops, casual restaurants, and a grocery store nearby.

Most of the city's highlights, from Music Row to Broadway, are within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Rideshares are plentiful and usually arrive within minutes.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
