This townhome sits in West Nashville off Robertson Avenue, right next door to The Nations. It feels more local than touristy, in the best way.

The Nations is about a five minute drive, with its restaurants, breweries, and the giant painted grain silo on 51st Avenue North. Sylvan Park, a leafy neighborhood with local cafes and a friendly main street feel, is under 10 minutes away.

Downtown and Lower Broadway are about 15 minutes away using I-40. Having your own car makes grocery runs and day trips simple from this location.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.

Local guests must inquire before booking (within 60 miles of Nashville).

Smoke-free property – A $250 fee applies if violated.

Respect quiet hours after 10 PM to maintain a peaceful stay.

Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated when scheduling permits.

We welcome dogs! This dog-friendly unit is the perfect spot for you and your pup! Located less than a mile from Charlotte Park, it's ideal for giving your dog some exercise and fresh air. We welcome dogs upon breed approval to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please understand that we have a two-dog limit and are unable to accommodate aggressive breeds or other types of animals. This policy helps us keep a peaceful and inviting atmosphere for everyone. Additionally, please be aware that not cleaning up after your pets will incur additional cleaning charges. Please note there is a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
