Centennial Park and the Parthenon are about 12 minutes by car. Vanderbilt and Midtown are roughly 12 minutes away when you're ready for a bigger night out.

I-40 is just a few minutes away, so most of the city is within a 15 to 20 minute drive. A car is handy here, though Uber and Lyft are always an easy option.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.

Local guests must inquire before booking (within 60 miles of Nashville).

We welcome dogs! This dog-friendly unit is the perfect spot for you and your pup! Located less than a mile from Charlotte Park, it's ideal for giving your dog some exercise and fresh air. We welcome dogs upon breed approval to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please understand that we have a two-dog limit and are unable to accommodate aggressive breeds or other types of animals. This policy helps us keep a peaceful and inviting atmosphere for everyone. Additionally, please be aware that not cleaning up after your pets will incur additional cleaning charges. Please note there is a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
