You're on the west side of town here, close to The Nations and an easy hop onto I-40. Evenings are calm, which makes it easy to recharge between big Nashville days.

Centennial Park and the Parthenon are about 12 minutes by car. The Nations is about a five minute drive, with its restaurants, breweries, and the giant painted grain silo on 51st Avenue North.

I-40 is just a few minutes away, so most of the city is within a 15 to 20 minute drive. Rideshares are reliable, and we recommend them for late nights downtown.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
