The Nations is about a five minute drive, with its restaurants, breweries, and the giant painted grain silo on 51st Avenue North. Sylvan Park, a leafy neighborhood with local cafes and a friendly main street feel, is under 10 minutes away.

Downtown and Lower Broadway are about 15 minutes away using I-40. A car is handy here, though Uber and Lyft are always an easy option.
