West Nashville has a down to earth, local feel, and this neighborhood near Robertson Avenue is a great example. It's the kind of place where you can grab coffee, run errands, and still be on Broadway in about 15 minutes. The hot tub is a welcome treat after a long day of walking the city.

Sylvan Park, a leafy neighborhood with local cafes and a friendly main street feel, is under 10 minutes away. Richland Park and its branch library on Charlotte Avenue are a short drive east.

Plan on roughly 15 minutes to Broadway by car and about 20 minutes to Nashville International Airport. Rideshares are reliable, and we recommend them for late nights downtown.
