This home sits on the south side of East Nashville, a short walk from Shelby Park and the Cumberland River. It's a great match for groups who want a local experience close to downtown. The backyard is a great spot for a cookout or a quiet morning coffee.

The Basement East, one of the city's favorite live music venues, is close by on Woodland Street. Shelby Park and the Shelby Bottoms Greenway offer miles of trails along the Cumberland River.

Downtown and Lower Broadway are about five to eight minutes by car across the Cumberland River. We suggest Uber or Lyft for nights on Broadway.
