This stretch of town sits just north of Centennial Park, tucked between Charlotte Avenue and the rest of Midtown. It's residential and relaxed, with plenty of good food a short walk or drive away. After a full day out, the rooftop is the best seat in the house for watching the skyline light up.

Centennial Park and its Parthenon replica are roughly a 15 minute walk south, perfect for a morning stroll. Charlotte Avenue is right at the corner, with coffee shops, casual restaurants, and a grocery store nearby.

Lower Broadway is about 10 minutes away by car, and I-40 is close by for trips across town. Rideshares are plentiful and usually arrive within minutes.
