Locals sometimes call this area Midtown West: newer townhomes, quiet side streets, and quick access to just about everywhere. It's residential and relaxed, with plenty of good food a short walk or drive away. Save some energy for the rooftop; sunset up there is one of my favorite Nashville moments.

Vanderbilt University and the West End Avenue dining strip are about five minutes by car. Elliston Place and its historic music club, the Exit/In, are about a five minute drive.

Interstate access is just down the road, so getting to Nashville International Airport or downtown is straightforward. WeGo buses run along Charlotte Avenue if you prefer public transit.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.

Local guests must inquire before booking (within 25 miles of Nashville).
