East Nashville is where a lot of locals choose to live, and you're staying close to Five Points, its heart. It's walkable, friendly, and full of character. Plan a lazy afternoon by the pool before heading out for dinner.

The Basement East, one of the city's favorite live music venues, is close by on Woodland Street. Gallatin Avenue's restaurants and shops are a few minutes away. Five Points, East Nashville's main crossroads, is full of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within a short walk.

Most of central Nashville is within a 10 minute drive. We suggest Uber or Lyft for nights on Broadway.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
