This home is in Edgehill, a historic neighborhood just south of The Gulch and a short walk from Music Row. Rooftops in this area tend to catch great views of the downtown skyline.

Belmont University and the Belmont Mansion are a short drive south. The Gulch is roughly a 10 minute walk, with rooftop bars, restaurants, and the famous wings mural. 12 South's boutiques and restaurants are about five minutes by car.

Most of the city's main attractions are within a 10 minute drive. Scooters are popular for short trips to The Gulch and Music Row.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
