Terms of Service

Host Extraordinaires — hostextraordinaires.com. Effective August 17, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Host Extraordinaires website (hostextraordinaires.com) and any reservation you make through it. By using the site or booking a stay, you agree to these Terms. If you book through a third-party platform (such as Airbnb or Vrbo), that platform's terms also apply to the booking itself.

1. Who we are

Host Extraordinaires ("we", "us") operates professionally managed short-term rental homes in Nashville, Tennessee. The site lets you browse our homes, check availability, and book directly with us.

2. Bookings and payment

A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation from us. You must be an adult with the legal capacity to enter this agreement and be authorized to use the payment method provided. Direct payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number on our systems. Rates, taxes, and fees are shown before you confirm.

3. Cancellations and changes

The cancellation policy shown at the time of booking controls your reservation. Bookings are generally non-refundable; we are glad to review special situations, and any exception is approved by our management team. Details are published on our Guest Info page.

4. Occupancy and house rules

Each home lists a maximum occupancy and house rules (for example: no parties or events, no smoking, quiet hours, and pet rules where applicable). These rules, together with any rental agreement provided at booking, are part of these Terms. We may decline or cancel a reservation, or end a stay without refund, when rules are materially violated.

5. Arrival and access

Access instructions and door codes are delivered before check-in. Codes are unique to your stay — do not share them outside your party. Report any access issue to us right away and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to leave the home in reasonable condition, to promptly report damage or maintenance issues, and to be responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by your party. We may charge the payment method on file for such damage where permitted by law, and we will document any charge.

7. Our responsibilities and liability

We work hard to make every stay spotless and reliable, and we maintain 24/7 guest support. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a stay or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the reservation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Website content and chat assistant

Site content (photos, text, data) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission. The site's chat assistant is automated; it aims to be accurate but may make mistakes, and its responses are not binding offers. Confirm any reservation-critical detail with our team.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information. Booking or inquiring means we may contact you by email, phone, or text about your stay; marketing messages are optional and you can opt out at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you book governs that reservation. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
