Cancellation Policy

Age and ID Requirements
Primary guest must be 25+ and may need to provide a valid photo ID and agree to house rules.

Access Code Delivery
Your unique lock code is sent via email 24-48 hours before arrival.

Guest Decorations
Please note that we prohibit the use of adhesives on the walls and furnishings to prevent damage to our properties. Any cost for repairs needed due to leftover tape residue, paint damage, etc will be charged to the guest.
Maintenance Requests
Email or call us right away if you have any issues, our team is available and can address many concerns same-day!
Smoking and Vaping
Prohibited inside the home. A fee will be charged for evidence of smoking. If you smoke outside, it must be away from the home and all trash must be cleaned up prior to your departure.
Check In & Check Out
Standard check in time is 4pm. Standard check out time is 10am.
Noise and Neighbors
Be considerate of neighbors. Keep balcony and patio noise low at all times, enforced quiet hours are 10pm-8am. No parties or events.
Pet Policy
Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly homes with prior approval and a pet fee. Unauthorized pets may incur charges.
Occupancy Limits
Adhere to posted occupancy limits. Unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.
Wi-Fi
Network name and password are posted in the home and included in your digital guide.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out
We always try our best to accommodate these requests, however, it depends on our calendar and schedule. Please message us the day before your arrival and we'd be happy to check on availability.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep music and outdoor noise low.
Shipping and Deliveries
We cannot receive packages. Ship to a local UPS or FedEx store for pickup. We are not responsible for shipped items.
Need Help
We are available before, during, and after your stay by call or email using the contacts in your confirmation.
Check-out Steps
Tidy kitchen surfaces, start the dishwasher, place used towels in the tub or shower, double-check for belongings, and lock the door.
Lost and Found
We are not responsible for lost items, but always do our best to locate things left behind. If found, we can ship them at cost plus a handling fee.
