We try to make booking online simple and easy. Just select your dates and browse over 200 amazing homes in Nashville, Tn. Once you have found the perfect home, simply enter your payment info and select Book Now!

Host Communication

Once your booking has been completed, you will receive an instant text message with the confirmation details. Our team manually reviews each booking and will send you a welcome email within 24hrs. Please respond to the email if you have any questions.

Property Access

Access code will be sent 24-48 hours before your arrival. Our check in starts at 4pm and check out is 10am. We do try to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs depending on availability. We will not be able to confirm this until 24hrs before check-in.

Shipping

We recommend shipping all packages to a UPS or FedEx store for you to pick up once you get to town. We are not responsible for any shipped items.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason unless approved by the management company. Consider purchasing travel insurance if you feel a cancellation may be possible for your reservation.
